Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually for template purchases, subscriptions, and platform options if the service was not provisioned or a critical platform-side error prevented delivery.

Payments for already delivered digital assets, generated content, or completed advertising placements are generally non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact support and include the payment identifier, account email or Telegram ID, and a brief description of the issue.
